later on your scheduled arrival date.

Reservation Policy: Two night deposit
+ tax when making the reservation, with the balance due upon arrival.
Payments: Credit Cards (VISA/ MC/ DISC), Personal
Check will be accepted for reservation balance only, provided deposit is
received no later than 14 days prior to check-in
Cancelation Policy: Refund will be made
less 10% cancellation fee if cancellation is made up to 14 days before check-in
date. If cancellation is made within 14 days of arrival date, Cherokee
Lodge reserves the right not to refund your advance deposit but allow you
to reschedule your dates, giving credit for deposit made, provided it is
within the same year. This is provided that Cherokee Lodge can re-rent
the unit of the dates cancelled.
Room Requests: We will try our best
to honor room requests. However, specific condo numbers cannot be guaranteed.
Occupancy: Limited to the number
of persons a unit will sleep.
House Parties: Should a party occur,
occupancy will be TERMINATED IMMEDATELY WITHOUT A REFUND.
Maid Service: Not provided daily.
Before Departing: You are
expected to take out all trash, place soiled towels in tub, and make sure
all dishes are CLEAN and put away in good order and turn OFF all appliances. You
will be responsible to replace or pay for any loss, breakage(s) to the entire
satisfaction of the owner(s) or his / her agent. We inspect the unit
when you have checked out.
Repairs: “Let’s face
it – even the best appliances, air conditioners, TV’s, etc. occasionally
malfunction,” and we cannot guarantee them to perform 100% of the time. We
do however; guarantee to correct the problem(s) as soon as possible – DURING
NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS.
Damages: Notify our office immediately
if you discover any item that needs the attention of our maintenance department. Aside
from normal “wear and tear,” YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE
AND LIABLE for any damages to the property of its contents during
your occupancy.
Pets: PETS WILL NOT BE
ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, AND VIOLATIONS WILL BE GROUNDS FOR IMMEDIATE
TERMINATION OF RENTAL WITH NO REFUND. You will be charged
a fee of $150.00 for the extermination
of any insects / pests your pet might carry.
Personal Items: WE ARE
NOT RESPONSIBLE for articles left behind. We will --
upon request only – send articles C.O.D.
Access: All guests have access
to swimming pool, exercise room, and conference room.
Agents Discretion: We reserve the
right to refund deposits, refuse rental or discontinue occupancy if, in the
agents opinion, tenant is or would be detrimental to the rental unit, other
tenants, homeowners or their guests, or any property at Cherokee Lodge.
Liability: AGENT AND /
OR OWNER(S) OF THE INDIVIDUAL RENTAL UNIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for
any damages and /or injury to tenant or tenants’ personal property
or to premises or any part thereof or in common areas thereof; and tenant
agrees to hold agent and / or injury (NO MATTER HOW CAUSED)
or for any acts or theft or vandalism to tenants’ personal property.
TENANT CERTIFIES that he and / or she has read
the above listed rental policies and understands and agrees to abide
by and cooperate in the enforcement of same and also certifies that he and
/ or she is at least 21 years of age.
Each unit is privately owned and equipped to meet basic vacation needs,
linens are provided.
PLEASE NOTE! We reserve the right to make any corrections
or changes as necessary.
